Our Help Desk is open between 9.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

We are pleased to announce that our new on-line support system is available from Monday 3rd July. We hope that this new system will help us to provide you with even better service than ever.

Anyone with a User Id and Password can log onto the on-line support system via a standard internet connection at www.coltecsupport.co.uk

You can have any member of staff given access to the system by confirming their name, telephone number and e-mail address to us. We will then provide a new User Id and Password to them.

This will enable them to raise new support queries or check on the progress of existing queries. Users will be kept informed by e-mail as queries are progressed by our support team. Previously resolved queries are kept on the system and can be retrieved and interrogated. The FAQ section can be helpful if you need help outside of normal support hours.
You will no longer need to post back support desk log completion sheets - you can sign off all completed support logs on-line.

The new system has on-line help on every screen but do not hesitate to call us if you need some further explanation.
